Help: EpicMount Email
Updated on 2008/03/18
EpicMount offers some basic email services for the purpose of communication between the guild members.
Mail service here is not a full blown Email service such as HotMail, Yahoo! Mail, or Google Mail.
There are two email address a user may use to comminucate with members of a guild on the website:
To send email directly to a user account (username):
(Obviously, replace myguild with the urlname of your guild. myguild is just an example and will not work if you try to use it.)
For example, say you wanted to send an email to the account admin, use the address user-admin@myguild.epicmount.com.
To send email to the character, blades, which is owned by a user, use blades@myguild.epicmount.com.
Email is only accepted from email accounts that are associated with EpicMount user accounts. In other words, email is only accepted from an email address that was used to created an account here. For example, if an email was written by "spammer@spammer.example.com" and there is no account on the website which lists that address, then the email will be rejected.
