Help: What's the Officer Flag used for?

The Officer Flag controls access to various forums, gallery folders, guild file folders, and other like areas that have been marked as Officer Only.
For example, a forum may have its access to set Officers Only and the website will only allow users who have the Officer's Flag set into that particular forum.
The flag does not grant a website account additional administrative privileges. To grant additional privileges/abilities, set the account to an appropriate Permission level.
