Help: The EpicMount Addon does not appear to be working.

The very first thing you should do is verify the addon is actually installed. At the WoW character selection screen (the screen were you choose your character to play), there should be a button in the lower left hand corner labeled "Addons". Click this button. A list of addons that WoW found will appear. Make sure "EpicMount" appears in this list. If the name does not, the EpicMount addon was not installed correctly. Verify the addon was installed in the folder layout as described in the above instructions.
In case you are sure you followed the instructions exactly, are there two World Of Warcraft folders perhaps? Maybe there is a C:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\ and C:\World Of Warcraft? Try putting the addon in the other World Of Warcraft folder.
Perhaps you ended up with the EpicMount addon within a sub folder by mistake? For example, maybe the folder layout ended up being:
World Of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\EpicMount\EpicMount\... epicmount files ...
(Wrong, there should only be one EpicMount folder. Not an EpicMount folder within an EpicMount folder)
The correct layout is:
World Of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\EpicMount\... epicmount files ...
