EpicMount is a guild management website which provides you with an easy way to create, and manage a World of Warcraft guild outside of the game.

You do not need an account to view the content here. However, you will need to be a registered member of EpicMount to participate (post, join guilds, etc.).

Information Collection and Use Practices

• EpicMount collects some limited personal information when you register. You need to maintain a valid and confirmed email address when using this site.
• EpicMount automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, EpicMount cookie information, and the page you request
• EpicMount uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research.
• Advertisements shown to you may be related to textual information associated with the web page you are viewing.

Information Sharing and Disclosure Practices

• EpicMount does not sell/share/etc email addresses, or other information collected here to third parties.
• Billing for EpicMount premium services, such as no-ad and premium guild upgrades, is done using PayPal, a third party.
• Your transaction and the personal information collected is subject to PayPal's terms and privacy policy. EpicMount doesn't share your personal information with Paypal and Paypal doesn't share personal information they collect with EpicMount.
• PayPay will list the seller as Blue Forest Research, LLC. EpicMount is owned by Blue Forest Research.

Practices Regarding Your Ability to Update or Delete Information

• You may delete any content that was created/import/added/uploaded/etc by you. Most content (characters, guild, forums, messages, images, etc) has a delete link or similar. Deleting (aka Disbanding) a Guild will delete all content under the control of the guild with the exception of those characters which are claimed/owned by EpicMount users.
• To close your EpicMount account, please send email to admin@epicmount.com. Please appoint a new guild founder if you are the current founder and are leaving an active guild behind.
• Visit your EpicMount account information area to edit your profile, default privacy settings for email address visibility, and more.
• EpicMount will contact you via email for:
  • Email account verification
  • Notice of guild creation
  • Response to a question either posted to the support forums, submitted trouble ticket or other means.
  • Inquiry about a problem which was recorded by the system during your navigation of the site.
• EpicMount may automatically send email based on your communication preferences for things like petition submission, new message postings, EpicMount mail forwarding, new event and event reminders, etc.
